Booking Conditions

All itineraries serve as a guideline and are subject to change to suit local conditions.

A $200 per person deposit is required. The deposit will be non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed. The balance of the payment is due 45 days before departure. If your reservation is made within the 45 days, full payment is required upon confirmation. There is a late charge of $100 if the booking is made less than 30 days before the departure date.

Not Included

Tour cost does not include expenses of a private nature, ie; laundry, drinks, telephone calls, meals (unless specified), insurance, airport taxes, excess baggage charges and all manner of gratuities.

Baggage

Himalayan Treasures & Travels cannot be held responsible for baggage. It is the owners responsibility through the entire duration of the trip. On trans-pacific flights, the allowance is two pieces of checked baggage totaling 106 inches (the sum of three dimensions), with neither piece exceeding 62 inches. Baggage allowance for flights within Asia is limited to 44 pounds.

Changes

Once a booking is confirmed, changes are subject to a $ 25 per change fee.

Cancellation Policy

At the time we receive a written notice of a cancellation the following fees will apply: 45 -16 days prior to departure - 30% of total package per person

15 - 8 days prior to departure - 50 % of total package per person

7 days prior to departure or no shows - total package is non-refundable. There will be no refund for partial usage of the package.

Cancellation fees for air tickets will be in accordance with airlines published rules and regulations as well as an administrative fee of $ 50 will be charged. Our cancellation policy applies in every instance with no exceptions for any reason.

We strongly recommend that you purchase - Trip cancellation and baggage insurance.

Passport & Visa

You must hold a valid passport for at least 6 months and participants are responsible for all visa applications.

Health

A physical examination is recommended for all travelers.

Your Final Agreement

The schedule contained herein is subject to change without notice and by making reservations with us and depositing your advance payments with us, you agree to all terms and conditions and agree that you are bound thereby.
